We’re looking for sponsors for Wordcamp SLC 2016! We have several options for you to choose from. The first options are based on the Global Sponsor guidelines, and the last is our in-kind sponsorship. Check out the details and contact us for more details below:

Millcreek:

Cost: $500

What you get, aside from the warm fuzzies that come with supporting WCSLC:

  • Name, small logo, and company description/blurb on the WCSLC site
  • A sticker or postcard added to our swag table
  • One free ticket to WordCamp SLC 2016, reserved for a company rep

Little Cottonwood:

Cost: $1500

What you get, aside from the warm fuzzies that come with supporting WCSLC:

  • Name, medium logo, and company description/blurb on the WCSLC site
  • Dedicated tweet announcing your sponsorship from the official @WCSLC Twitter account
  • A sticker and postcard added to our swag table
  • Two free tickets to WordCamp SLC 2016, reserved for your company reps

Big Cottonwood:

Cost: $3000

What you get, aside from the warm fuzzies that come with supporting WCSLC:

  • Name, large logo, and company description/blurb on the WCSLC site
  • A blog post written by the sponsoring company posted to the WCSLC site (subject to approval)
  • Table at WCSLC for meeting attendees if space is available
  • Dedicated tweet announcing your sponsorship from the official @WCSLC Twitter account
  • Three swag items added to our swag table
  • Four free tickets to WordCamp SLC 2016, reserved for your company reps

Parley’s (in-kind):

We also accept in-kind sponsorships of a product or service. In the past this has been things like promotional or trial cards or free subscriptions for giveaways/scavenger hunts, coffee and edibles, anything that your company provides that you would like to donate to our attendees.

What you get, aside from the warm fuzzies that come with supporting WCSLC:

  • Name, small logo, and company description/blurb on the WCSLC site
  • One free ticket to WordCamp SLC 2016, reserved for a company rep
  • You choose what to offer/donate/give away!

All sponsors get a mention in the opening and closing comments, a mention on the blog, and a logo on the schedule on the day of the event.
